ASSESSMENT DAYS:
The Assessment Day is a time for your organization to get to know applicants outside the traditional interview process. It allows employers to view candidates in many different ways. Are they a leader? Is their demeanor confrontational? Are they following instructions? The functions of your job require a variety of character dimensions to be present and the assessment day will allow you to better estimate how the candidate will behave on the job.
We will teach your organization how to plan and prepare for the assessment day's success. We are also available to consult your organization during the assessment for real-time hands-on instruction and guidance.
*This is an HR approved course for at least two major municipal organizations in the greater Denver metro region.

ON-BOARDING NEW EMPLOYEES:
You've hired new employees and now it's time to let them know their value to your organization. What is necessary for on-boarding? How long should it last? Does development end once they are finished with the on-boarding process?
This class looks at how to create a development plan for new employees. Organizations need to have a goal and plan to develop new employees into successful and valued partners. Retention rates can increase as employees see they are provided the tools to move ahead in their career plan. Implementing an on-boarding process that goes beyond the first few weeks is essential for employee development and motivation.
